Job Introduction

Motus Truck & Van have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Sales Admin Supervisor to join their fabulous sales team in Welham Green.

 

The Sales Admin Supervisor will be responsible for supervising the sales administration team, to ensure a quick accurate turnaround of all sales paperwork for an efficient handover of the vehicle to the customer. Processing of relevant stock information through Mercedes-Benz and Motus systems.

What will you be doing?

  • Create all new allocation through CESAR / Kerridge ensuring all specifications are agreed by Sales Management
  • Process Dealer Transfers in & out of stock
  • Capture the purchase of any used stock as requested ensuring all relevant documents are checked, collating and checking the required purchase documentation to enable accounts to pay the supplier and then actioning any finance settlements.
  • Ensure all sales of vehicles are processed from order to invoice accurately and that all necessary documentation is checked and uploaded to the electronic Deal File both before and after the handover
  • Ensure all sold vehicles are registered / taxed / delivered in accordance with Motus procedures
  • Ensure all company & demo vehicles are processed in accordance with Motus procedures, including adding to the MID
  • Ensure the team adhere to the current user procedure guide in RaV
  • Regularly run & correct all error reports.
  • Run end of month take-to-profit reports and ensure all electronic deal files are complete and appropriately approved
  • Ensure all tickets raised in Vivantio are dealt with in a timely manner, regularly run and analyse activity/performance reports
  • Ensure that within their area of operation all Company policies, procedures and minimum standards are met and that all statutory requirements are adhered to
  • Ensure that all internal and external customers and suppliers are handled with courtesy
  • To provide cover for other members of the team
  • Other duties as and when required

 

Hours & Salary:

Monday - Friday, 09:00am - 17:30pm

Salary of £35,000 - £38,000 per annum plus company bonus 

 

Who are we looking for?

The successful candidate will have:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience working within a sales administration team (preferably commercial vehicles)
  • Experience working for Mercedes-Benz would be an advantage
  • Keyloop experience
  • Good Excel and general IT skills
  • Be able to delegate and drive the team to achieve excellent results.
  • A positive can-do attitude
  • The ability to produce work to a very high standard
  • A team player mentality
  • An awareness of Health and Safety procedures/policies
