Customer Care Advisor - Van

Job Introduction

Motus Truck & Van have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our fabulous team in Ipswich.

We’re expanding our team, and we are looking for a dedicated, motivated Van customer care advisor with excellent communication skills.

What will you be doing?

  • Responsible for managing and responding to all inbound calls on the booking and enquiry line, ensuring customers queries are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Responsible for Van and car MOT, Service and fault bookings, coordinating schedules to meet customer’s needs.
  • Effectively manage inbound Truck/Van sales enquiries & allocate to sales execs whilst adhering to process and using the CRM/ Dealerweb platform
  • Upselling care service plans to new & existing customers 
  • React efficiently to the customer alert platform (Cockpit) and contact customers to inform of any warnings regards to their vehicle’s current status & update diary as required
  • Any further administration tasks to support the wider group and Van service departments
  • Ensure that customer expectations are met daily
  • Daily focus on Key Performance Indicators to achieve the required standard
  • Resolve customer related issues in a profession and timely manner, keeping the Assistant Manager aware of progression
  • Deliver dealer & manufacturer standards to the customer

Hours & Salary:

Monday - Friday, 09:30am - 18:00pm

Required to work 1 in 5 Saturdays but will be given back in Lieu.

Salary of £23,795.20 per annum (OTE up to £33995 per annum)
