We have an exciting opportunity for a Coster to join our Witham site. 

Motus Truck and Van is a leading provider of commercial vehicles and fleet solutions.
We are dedicated to delivering high-quality, reliable Mercedes-Benz vehicles to our customers, and our van sales division plays a crucial part in our success.

What will you be doing?
As a Coster, you will be responsible for managing and optimising the billing within the automotive aftersales team. You will work closely with various departments, including workshop, parts, and service, to ensure that costs are controlled while maintaining the highest quality standards. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to cost efficiency and profitability in a fast-paced, dynamic business.

Duties & Responsibilities: 
  • You will be responsible for Invoicing retail and warranty jobs for customers.
  • Carrying out Quality checks for all job cards to ensure we are compliant.
  • Ensuring times allotted are not exceeded.
  • Resolving queries on invoices in a timely manner.
  • Generating quotes for additional repairs required for customers.
  • Monitoring VHC (Vehicle Health Check) works identified and sold to identify trends
  • WIP (Work in Progress) management: every job that is created by the service advisor requires closing in a timely manner.
Hours & Salary:
  • Monday – Friday 
  • Week one: 07:00am - 16:30pm
  • Week two: 09:00am - 18:30pm 
  • Annual salary of: £27,000 - £31,000 per annum 
Profile:
The successful candidate will have:
  • Proven experience in invoicing, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Experience on systems commonly used in the motor industry – Point of sale, 1 link, Fraikin View, R2C, CVL.
  • Experience - Mercedes Benz systems – EVA, WIS, ASRA and familiar with the warranty guide.
  • Great communication
