Duties & Responsibilities:
- The day to day running of the Aftersales Department
- Be able to lead a team of Service and Parts Advisor’s and a team of Technicians
- To maintain CSI levels to a very high standard
- Maximise profitability of the department
- As a Aftersales Manager you must be customer focused to a high standard, possess excellent organisational and communication skills and be forward thinking to drive the business forward
- You must be target driven and confident in up-selling additional works and products to your customers

- To provide an exceptional level of customer service to all enquiries when required
You will be able to demonstrate:

- It would be an advantage if you have Mercedes Benz product knowledge and experience of using Kerridge.
